About InForm

Charlotte began her career in physical therapy with a focus on orthopedics, particularly in sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2018 and went on to work extensively in sports rehab, combining hands-on techniques—such as dry needling, cupping, and joint manipulation—with personalized exercise programs.

After experiencing her own challenges during pregnancy, Charlotte developed a deep passion for women’s health. As a result, in recent years, she has focused her training to specialize in pelvic floor therapy through pregnancy and postpartum, while also still maintaining and practicing her education in sports rehab.

Charlotte is committed to helping every person move with confidence and feel their best at every stage of life.
